Licensed contractors for the State of Tennessee are listed on the state government's web site. Go there and click in the drop-down box labeled "Licenses:" Choose "Contractors." In the name or address box, type "barley" (WITHOUT the quotation marks), choose in the next box "Exact Word Search," click "Submit," and you will see that my license to work as a plumber is active. This applies to all of Tennessee, not just Memphis.
